Our initial responses to the portraits from Brazil (shown below). We'll be experimenting with ways to make the heads look as sculptural as possible.

As we move forward in our project, we all felt the experiment we carried out in the studio involving string was one of our more successful pieces and so we evolved the idea and created many images like these.  The string is the main feature of the photographs with the hands on the edges leaving the people almost anonymous.  This encourages us to look at the patterns created by the string.  The people who take part have to work together with the string, interact with one another...  So, this is an idea we are developing on towards our exhibition.

We asked people in the gallery to draw a self portrait from memory.
Instructions to take a photo

We decided on a series of instructions to give to strangers in the gallery while asking them to take our photo. Here are the results.
Take My Photo

Using the spaces near Tate Modern as our location we are strangers passing by a simple question. 'Will you take my photo?'
